Also, please note that it takes approximately 30 minutes on foot from the parking area to the viewing seats. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes.
Rain poncho: Umbrellas are not allowed in the viewing area. Please prepare a poncho in case of sudden rain.
Protection against temperature differences: Since the venue is outdoors without a roof, please bring items like a hat, sunscreen, and drinks to protect yourself from the sun and heat. In the evening, temperatures may drop, so we recommend bringing a light cardigan or something to wear over your clothes.
Flashlight: After sunset, visibility will decrease, so having something that lights up will be useful.
Pocket tissues and wet wipes: Temporary toilets may not have toilet paper, so it's reassuring to bring your own supplies.
Note: Items that are tall, such as umbrellas, chairs, tripods, and selfie sticks, are prohibited in the viewing area. Also, as the pier seating area has limited space, large luggage is not allowed.

How to Use

- If you use a wheelchair or cane, please call us first.
- Eat lunch before you arrive on the first day, as there's no scheduled lunch break.
- Fireworks Event:
- Walk about 30 minutes from the parking area to your seat.
- Seats are assigned; you can't choose your own.
- The event usually happens rain or shine, so bring rain gear.
- Toilets at the venue are temporary; bring tissues.
- No large bags are allowed at the pier seats.
- Be prepared for a late hotel arrival and potential long waits on the bus after the fireworks due to traffic.
- The large public bath at the hotel is closed at night; use your room's bath. It opens at 6 AM the next morning.
- If the fireworks are canceled before the tour, you'll get a full refund. If canceled during or after the tour starts, we'll try to offer an alternative or refund part of the ticket cost, but no refund if it stops mid-show.
- Tour times might change due to traffic.
Important Booking Information
- Please arrive on time. The bus will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time, at the discretion of our staff.
- Tour times and plans might change due to road conditions. We are not responsible for any costs (like taxis or hotels) if delays occur.
- The bus size (medium or small) may vary depending on the number of participants.
- There are no toilets on the bus.
- Smoking is not allowed on the bus. Reclining seats are generally not permitted.
- Your seat will be assigned by us.
- If you have food allergies or need special arrangements, you must tell us when you book. We'll do our best to accommodate, but some special requests might cost extra or not be possible.
- Your tour guide's meal breaks will be their rest time, and they might stay at a different hotel. During free time, you're expected to explore on your own.
- We keep lost items for two weeks after the tour, but perishable items (like food) will be disposed of immediately.
- Pets are not allowed on the tour.
- The tour might be changed or canceled if there aren't enough participants (less than 30 people) or due to unavoidable events like disasters. We'll let you know at least 3 days beforehand (13 days for tours with accommodation).
- We cannot always guarantee specific seat requests, hotel smoking/non-smoking rooms, or allergy requests.
- If you book online, all tour information will be sent to you by email only; no physical mail will be sent.
