The Experience
- Ride the Shinkansen, Japan's famous bullet train, to Kyoto and experience the ancient capital's 1,200 years of rich history.
- After arriving at Kyoto, enjoy a delicious lunch and take in Kyoto's scenery. Return to Tokyo in the evening. Visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, chosen on a travel website as the number 1 sightseeing spot people want to see in Japan. This spot is known for its thousands of brilliant red torii gates, called Senbon Torii.
- Recommended for those who do not have much time but still want to see Kyoto in one day. This bus tour will be guided by a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter.
- The meeting location for this tour is at Tourist Information Center Tokyo near Tokyo Station. For the drop-off location on the return trip, customers may choose from Tokyo Station, Shinagawa Station, and Shin-Yokohama Station.

- If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be canceled.
- If the tour is canceled, participants will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent.
- The itinerary displayed on the booking screen is the final itinerary. A copy of the final itinerary will not be sent to participants.
- This is a special tour for international visitors. Please understand that residents of Japan cannot make bookings for this tour.

- Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (about 15 min one-way). Thank you for your understanding.
- The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
- Please note that seats on the bus may not be designated.
- Depending on the number of participants, a sedan or taxi van may be used instead.
- Train times may change due to timetable alterations or other reasons.
- Please make a request when booking if you prefer a vegetarian menu.
- Depending on the number of tour participants, transportation to be used may be other than a large bus (mid-size bus, small bus), a hired car (van, minivan), or a taxi.
Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations During the Gion Festival (Sakimatsuri, July 15-16, 2023), drop-off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto will be unavailable due to traffic restrictions. Participants will walk from the parking lot to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (about 15 min one-way). Thank you for your understanding. - Regarding Luggage on Shinkansen It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto Shinkansen. If bringing large luggage, please make use of a delivery service on your own.
