<Important Note: The Zekkei Fireworks> 【Points to remember when purchasing Parking Tickets】 If you have purchased a seat type other than standard seats and are planning to arrive by car, you will need a parking ticket, so please purchase one separately.(Excluding standard seats) Visitors who have purchased standard seats will not be able to arrive by car. Please come by shuttle bus, etc. Parking Tickets must be purchased with a seat tickets. (Entering the parking area without a ticket is also prohibited) On the day of the event, your parking tickets as well as your seat tickets will be checked at the venue entrance gate. Parking tickets will not be sold on the day. If you are coming by car, please be sure to purchase a parking ticket in advance before coming to the event. One parking ticket per vehicle will need to be purchased. 2 parking tickets will need to be purchased for tour buses that exceed over 6m in length . Visitors who plan to arrive by motorcycle or bicycle will need to purchase a parking ticket. If you are purchasing a "green seat", please purchase a parking ticket (for green seats only). The parking lot is only accessible from the time the gates open until one 1 hour after the events finishes. Access will not be granted outside these hours. To ensure that all visitors can enjoy the fireworks to their heart's content, we recommend that you pass through the parking gate by 6:00 p.m. on the day. Please arrive with plenty of time.

• Refunds will not be provided after purchase. Except in the case that the event is cancelled either before or during the event date, a refund cannot be requested after purchase.
• Tickets must be purchased for kids over the age of four. Children under 4 can enter for free (1 per parent/guardian). These children can sit on their parent/guardian’s laps when viewing the fireworks. However, a ticket must be purchased for every child over 4, or for children under 4 that require a ‘child seat’.
• Rules Regarding Photography In Green Seats, Standard Seats, Premium Area Seats, VIP Seats, and VVIP Seats, you are free to take photos with camera-equipped mobile phones, digital cameras, video cameras, etc. as long as you do not disturb other customers. However, photography using tripods (including monopods), stepladders, or selfie sticks is prohibited. If you wish to take stationary photos using a tripod (including monopods), stepladder, or selfie stick, or if you wish to take photos using a telephoto lens, please purchase an admission ticket for the VIP photographer seat.
• Other Points to Consider Note that all photos and recording taken during the event will be made viewable to the public. Please refer to the official homepage’s FAQ section before making your purchase.

<Important Note: Welcome Suica Plan> This plan is not available for Japanese. Only for foreigners.

• Notes Welcome Suica does not require a deposit and cannot be returned for a refund. You may keep the card as a souvenir after your trip.

• Validity Period The Welcome Suica card is valid for 28 days from the first time you use it.

How to Recharge You can recharge Welcome Suica at ticket machines or fare adjustment machines in JR and subway stations, as well as at convenience stores displaying the IC card logo. Insert the card, choose the amount, and pay with cash. Please note that credit card payment may not be available at some machines.

• Round-Trip Service: This plan includes round-trip transfers. If you only require a one-way trip, please inform us in advance.

• Service Area: The listed price is for transfers between the Tokyo 23 Wards and Fujiten Snow Resort. If you require pickup/drop-off from locations outside the 23 wards (e.g., Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, etc.), please contact us as additional fees will apply.

• Pickup Time: The standard pickup time is fixed at 13:00 (1 PM). If you wish to be picked up earlier than 13:00, please let us know, as pricing will differ.

• Hotel Information: You must provide your hotel name and address in the booking form at the time of reservation.

• Driver Service: Please note that the driver is not a tour guide. You are responsible for meeting your driver at the hotel lobby and coordinating the re-meeting at the venue after the fireworks concludes.

• Language Support: To request an English-speaking driver, please select the paid option from the "Add-on" section.

Exemptions:

• Tickets cannot be canceled after purchase. Refunds will not be issued except in the case of event cancellation or interruption during the event.
• In the event of severe weather, a decision will be made by 12:00 PM on the day of the event, and an announcement will be posted on the official website.
• If disaster warnings are issued after 12:00 PM, the event will be canceled.
• The event will proceed in light rain; however, if low temperatures pose a risk of hypothermia or if strong winds, lightning, or other conditions make it unsafe to launch fireworks, the event may be canceled.
• Please understand that the safety of our guests is our top priority when making these decisions.
• There will be no postponement in the case of severe weather.

Important:

• Please review the official website's "Important Notes" and FAQ before entering the venue.
• Once you enter the fireworks viewing area, you are free to move between the viewing area and the parking lot. However, if you leave the venue through the entrance gate, re-entry will not be permitted.
• Please prepare any necessary items in advance for your comfort during the event.
• Do not park on the streets. Strict enforcement will be in place, and vehicles may be towed.
• The entrance gate is scheduled to open at 3:00 PM.
• Pets are not allowed in the venue. (Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other service animals are permitted.)
• Large space reservations within the Premium Area and Standard Area blocks are prohibited. The recommended personal space is approximately 90 cm x 90 cm per person.
• Leisure sheets are allowed if they are within 90 cm x 90 cm per person.
• Photography with mobile phones, digital cameras, and video cameras is allowed in the Standard Area, Premium Area, as long as it does not disturb other guests. However, the use of tripods (including monopods), ladders, or selfie sticks is prohibited.
• The use of fire in the viewing area is strictly prohibited.
• The operation of drones or other remote-controlled aircraft in and around the venue is prohibited.
• Unauthorized "LIVE streaming" within the venue is not allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the venue. Alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on-site. Glass bottles are not permitted.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Walking while smoking or littering may cause accidents and is strictly prohibited.

• Dangerous behavior, disruptive actions, or excessive intoxication may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue at the discretion of the organizers.

What to Wear/Bring At this time of year, the daytime temperature is usually around 15°C, but drops to nearly 0 to 5°C when the sun goes down. We recommend that you wear warm clothing and bring other cold weather gear with you. As the weather in the mountains is changeable, please also bring rain gear in case of rain.

Others Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as shouting during the performance or using seats/viewing areas other than those purchased. Customers will be responsible for transportation costs to the venue and accommodation costs. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables in good care. The content of the event may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or unforeseen accidents, or for the organizers' convenience. Furthermore, even in the event of changes or cancellation due to the organizers' convenience, we will not compensate for any expenses associated with attending the event (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.) under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding. If you do not follow the instructions of staff, you will be asked to leave the venue.
