• If there are infants or elderly participants, please note that Okinawa experiences winter conditions when humpback whales visit. Winter tends to have higher wind and waves compared to summer. On the day of the activity, infants, young children, or the elderly may not be allowed to board the boat based on wind and wave conditions and safety considerations.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women, please understand that due to the boat's engine operation causing vibrations, participation in the trip will not be possible
• If whales are not sighted on the day or landing on Kashiki Island is not possible due to sea conditions, etc., refunds or a repeat viewing will not be available
• Please be prepared to pay the "Tokashiki Island Village Environmental Cooperation Tax" of JPY100 per person (over 15 years old) upon check-in
• Minors need a consent form signed by their guardian to participate in activities alone

A fee of JPY100 per person (over 15 years old) is required for crossing from the mainland to Tokashiki Island. Please pay this amount in cash to the on-site staff during check-in on the day.

• A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity. Pregnant women
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• During winter when whales visit, sea conditions in Okinawa differ from those in summer. Participants with infants or elderly individuals may not be allowed to board the boat based on the wave conditions on the day.
• For safety reasons, please wear a life jacket at all times.
• If whales are not sighted on the day of the activity or landing on Tokashiki Island is not possible due to sea conditions, refunds or participation on another occasion will not be available.
• Please note that the time may change depending on the status of whale tracking.
• Due to safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in the event.
