Experience the breathtaking Naruto Whirlpools and explore some of Awaji Island’s most popular scenic and Instagram-worthy spots on this day bus tour from Umeda.
Board the sightseeing boat Kanrin Maru or Nihon Maru for a approximately 60-minute cruise around the Naruto Strait. The tour is scheduled only on selected dates when large whirlpools are expected, giving you a chance to see the powerful whirlpools up close.
After the cruise, enjoy a fresh Setouchi seafood rice bowl featuring the flavors of the region. Please note that the tuna shown in the promotional photo is not included in the meal.
Next, visit Uzu no Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum and take a memorable photo with the giant “Oh Tama Negi” onion monument, measuring approximately 2.5 meters high, 2.8 meters in diameter, and weighing around 200 kg.
Continue to Awaji Hanasajiki, where you can admire colorful seasonal flowers overlooking the surrounding landscape. Depending on the season, you may see Blue Salvia, red buckwheat flowers, cosmos, or stock flowers.

- This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
- This tour plan is designed exclusively for overseas travelers and is not valid for Japanese residents.
- This is not a private tour; you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- For groups with an odd number of participants, bus seats will generally be shared with other passengers. Please be aware of this in advance.
- Due to traffic conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, the time spent at each destination may be shortened. The tour may also return significantly later than the scheduled arrival time. Please plan accordingly.
- The tour is scheduled to board a cruise departure with a high possibility of viewing the Naruto Whirlpools, such as during a spring tide. Therefore, the order of the itinerary may be changed.
- The meal contents may be partially changed depending on ingredient availability.
- If the Naruto Whirlpools Cruise is cancelled due to bad weather or other circumstances, JPY 2,000 per person will be refunded as the equivalent of the cruise fare included in the tour price.
- For allergy or special meal requests, the only available option is to change the seafood rice bowl to a tonkatsu set meal for an additional JPY 2,000 per person.
- This meal change must be requested in advance when making your tour reservation. Changes cannot be accepted on the day of the tour.

Important Notes During Bus Tour
- Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
- Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
- As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
- Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
- Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
- Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
- Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
- Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
- Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
- Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
- Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
- Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
- The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
