Knead noodles, prepare Chashu and customize flavors and toppings to create your perfect bowl. What will you do there?
01 Making noodles: You make ramen noodles from the wheat flour.
02 Making the Chashu (kind of special pork): You make Chashu from scratch.
03 Boiling the noodles: You cook the noodles using an authentic noodle boiling machine, just like those found in traditional ramen restaurants.
