Jiu-Jitsu is a traditional Japanese martial art based on the philosophy that “softness overcomes hardness.” It teaches methods of victory not through brute strength, but by utilizing an opponent's force and employing technique and wisdom.

- Basic Forms Learn fundamental jujutsu stances and movements. Practice breakfalls (safe falling techniques) and basic forms. (Approx. 20 min)
- Experience the Techniques Practice simple techniques together with your friends. Instructors will provide careful guidance. (Approx. 15 min)
- Etiquette Instruction and Commemorative Photo After learning about dojo etiquette and taking a commemorative photo, participants will change clothes and conclude the session. (Approx. 15 minutes)
- 00:00Changing Clothes and Warm-up Exercises Change into your gi (jujutsu practice uniform) and perform warm-up exercises to prevent injury. (Approximately 10 minutes)
