Free Transfers: We offer complimentary transfers within Naha City from designated locations. Please note that transfers are on a first-come, first-served basis, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests if the vehicle is full. Thank you for your understanding. Weather Conditions: Tours may be canceled or the snorkeling location changed due to marine conditions. Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant individuals cannot participate in this tour. Medical Conditions: Individuals with conditions such as epilepsy, cardiovascular, or respiratory system disorders are unable to participate. Motion Sickness: If you are concerned about seasickness, please bring your own motion sickness medication. Tour Area: This tour is typically held within the Kerama Islands, often around Nagannu Island in the Chibishi Atoll. The actual operating area may change depending on the ocean conditions on the day of the tour. Parking: Parking is available at Mie-gusuku Port for ¥500 per day. Please feel free to use it. Sea Turtle Sightings: As we are looking for wild sea turtles, we cannot guarantee sightings. Thank you for your understanding. Pre-Tour Confirmation & Sea Turtles: We will confirm the wave conditions the day before the tour. However, depending on the marine conditions on the day, we may not be able to go to the sea turtle habitat area. In such cases, the tour will proceed at the snorkeling-only plan rate. Elderly Passengers: Elderly guests who wish to only board the boat may be denied boarding depending on the marine conditions for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
