What to Bring & Day of the Tour
Voucher & Ticket Collection : Please have your booking confirmation (digital or printed) ready upon arrival at the Shinjuku meeting point.
Navigating to the Meeting Point: Shinjuku Station is extremely large and complex. We strongly advise planning your route in advance and arriving 20 to 30 minutes early. The local staff will not call you if you are missing, and the bus will leave without you.
Translation Tools Required : Since all resort staff and rental forms are in Japanese, please download a translation app before your trip. You will need it to fill out your height, weight, and shoe size on the rental application forms at the resort.
Cash is Essential : While major credit cards are accepted at some resort facilities, you must bring Japanese Yen (cash) for coin lockers (to store your belongings), small food stalls, and vending machines.
Clothing & Gear : If your selected package does not include snow wear, please arrive wearing appropriate waterproof winter clothing and snow boots. We also recommend bringing an extra layer of clothing and a small towel.
Independent Redemption at the Resort : Upon arriving at Tambara Ski Park, you will head directly to the ticket/rental counters by yourself. Present the vouchers to collect your lift pass and gear.
