【Chikushi no Homare】 Located in the Jojima area of Kurume City, a region famous for its high-quality sake, this brewery has been honing its craft since 1897.
【Kobayashi Sake Brewery】 Since its founding in 1792, during the mid-Edo period, our brewery has been producing sake on a small scale, using traditional techniques and meticulous handcrafting methods.
