• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (7) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Please note that odd-numbered groups may share seats on the bus.
• Stay time may be shortened due to traffic congestion.
• Some itineraries may be changed.
• Meal contents are subject to change.
• Strawberry farms and strawberry varieties may change depending on the strawberry growth situation. In addition, if we limit the number of strawberry pickings or if the variety of strawberries decreases, we may switch to an all-you-can-eat plate.
• Lunch will be served at Nakano Udon School, featuring "Kake Udon" and "Onigiri" for you to enjoy.

Regarding Chichibugahama

• We will take you to the time recommended by the Mitoyo City Tourism Exchange Bureau when puddles form.
• As this is a natural phenomenon, you may not be able to see the sunset view or the spectacular view shown in the image depending on weather conditions (rainy, cloudy, wind strength, etc.).
• Due to traffic conditions, your stay may be shorter.
• Your feet may get wet or dirty, so we recommend bringing sandals and a towel.
• Similar photos can be taken as long as the weather conditions such as wind are suitable. (According to Mitoyo City Tourism Exchange Bureau)
• This is a beach that local volunteers have been cleaning for 20 years. Thank you for your cooperation in taking your trash home.
• Even if you cannot see the scenery of Chichibugahama due to bad weather, we will guide you to Chichibugahama. There are no alternative sightseeing options or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
• Since we will be taking photos on the sandy beach, it will make your trip more comfortable if you prepare rain boots and towels.

★Conditions for seeing a superb view (Mitoyo City Tourism Bureau)★

• When low tide and sunset overlap
• When there is no wind and the surface of the water is not rippling
• Magic Hour about 30 minutes before and after sunset

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.
8. Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
9. Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
10. Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
11. Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
12. Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
14. Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.
15. Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
16. Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.
17. Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
18. After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
19. Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
20. In regards to the fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
21. If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
