TGS Overseas Visitor Support Office is managed under the supervision of the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA), the host of the TOKYO GAME SHOW 2024.
We help trade visitors (exhibitors, the press, and Business Day visitors) who participate in the show from abroad in obtaining a visa.

Support fee: 22,000 yen per person (including tax)
-The fee includes preparation of necessary documents required for visa application and responding to inquiries by email.
-It does not include the actual visa fee, which should be paid in the currency of the country (region) in which the Embassy / Consulate General is located.
-Only credit card payments are accepted.
NOTICE
The online form for document application will be sent from TGS Overseas Visitor Support Office (visa-tgs2024@his-world.com) within 3 business days after the payment is confirmed. Please fill out the form as instructed and return it to TGS Overseas Visitor Support Office.. Visa application documents will be sent by e-mail from TGS Overseas Visitor Support Office.
The reservation will be confirmed after the credit card payment is completed. Please check your email for the confirmation notification after the reservation is completed.

-Applicants must fill out and submit a visa application form with a photo attached. For details, please visit the following website: https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html
-Please check your passport date of expiry. The number of days remaining in your passport required for visa application varies depending on your nationality. For details, please check with your local Japanese embassy/consulate for details.
-The support office will prepare the above 4 documents and send them to each applicant by email (PDF files). In some countries, you may be requested to submit the original documents, in which case the Support Office will send the documents by DHL with a separate delivery fee to be paid by credit card in addition to the support fee. It may take more than 2 weeks for delivery, therefore, please contact the Consular Section of the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan nearest to you for more information as early as possible.

Please allow yourself enough time as the processing period for visa issuance may take 2 weeks after submitting the application documents depending on the Embassy/Consulate General. Also, there are certain Japanese Embassies/Consulates around the world that find it very difficult to make reservations due to the large number of reservation requests.
