･The tour requires a minimum of 20 participants to be confirmed. ･Depending on the day's crowd, you will visit either the Narusawa Ice Cave or the Fugaku Wind Cave. Your tour guide will provide details on the day. ･The caves can be slippery, so please wear comfortable walking shoes. ･The caves are not accessible for children under 3 years old, those under 100 cm in height, individuals being carried, or pregnant women. Refunds are not available in these cases. ･The caves feature stone steps, including a 20-meter ascent. Elderly participants using canes or those wearing heels may be denied entry, and refunds will not be provided. ･Depending on weather and growth conditions, grape picking may be replaced with a souvenir option. ･The lunch menu may change based on ingredient availability.

･Please strictly adhere to the meeting time. ･The scheduled times and contents listed may change due to road conditions. ･In the event of a delay causing the need for a taxi or overnight stay, our company will not be responsible for any claims. ･Depending on the number of participants, a medium-sized or small bus may be used. ･There is no toilet on the bus, but toilet stops will be available. ･Smoking is prohibited inside the bus an in most of the venues. If you wish to smoke, please consult with our guide on the day. ･The arrival location may differ from the meeting location. ･If you have any food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking. (We will try to accommodate by removing the relevant ingredients as much as possible, however contamination-free cooking might not be available.) ･If you require any special arrangements, please inform us at the time of application. (Some requests may incur additional charges.) If a request is made, our company will accommodate it within the possible range. Additionally, you may be asked to provide written documentation regarding your situation. ･Due to the enforcement of the "Work Style Reform Related Law" on April 1, 2019, there is a limit on the working hours of tour conductors and drivers. Therefore, meal times during the itinerary will be considered as break times for the tour conductor. During free time, customers are expected to spend time on their own. ･The custody period for lost items is two weeks after the end of the trip. However, perishable food items or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please understand this in advance. ･Bus seats will be assigned by our company. ･In case of emergencies, you may be seated next to the tour conductor. ･Facility entrance fees included in the tour price may differ from the listed prices. There will be no refunds or additional charges for price differences after the tour departs. ･If the number of participants does not reach 20 or if the tour cannot be operated due to force majeure such as disasters or accidents, we may request changes or cancellations up to 3 days before the start of the trip.
