Water in the shape of Kobe Port Tower, which is the famous symbol of Kobe, will be given to tour participants in Nada Gogo Sake Brewery. The bottle is solid and can be used for various purposes, such as a water bottle, even after it has been consumed. The water is fresh spring water pumped up from Mt. Rokko. It is also used to make Japanese sake at Nada Gogo sake brewery. Since the Edo Period, it has also gained fame as the most productive sake region in Japan.

Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery Museum This museum exhibits the process and tools used to make sake in Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery. Almost all of the exhibition are designated as Important Cultural Properties in Japan, and visitors can experience the craftsman's work and life, and the sake brewing process passed down through the tools used in the brewery. Taru Sake Meister Factory Tour This tour is held by Kiku-Masamune Sake Brewery Museum. You can learn about the charm of sake barrels, which have been passed down through the ages. After that, you can also taste two types of Japanese sake by having a tour of Taru Sake Meister Factory with no extra charge. Please enjoy the traditional culture of sake production through this tour.

Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum The Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum is located in a sake brewery that was built about 100 years ago and is popular among overseas tourists. You can learn about the process of making Hakutsuru, a type of Japanese sake, through a three-dimensional display of the traditional sake brewing process and operations. Also you can taste three types of Japanese tasting in this museum for free. Let's enjoy learning the dellicious sake prduction process through the tasting tour.

Nada Gogo Sake Brewery This is a former sake brewery restaurant where visitors can enjoy sake from 26 breweries in Nada Gogo and food based on the themes of "season, local, compatibility, and fermentation. While offering food that can be enjoyed together with sake, they also introduce you new charms of sake through events and other activities. Please enjoy the charm of sake along with exquisite cuisine.

Note in the Barrel Sake Meister Factory Tour:

  1. Please note that cask making may sometimes not be conducted in the factory for production-related reasons.
  2. No elementary school or younger children are allowed into the factory.
  3. No food and becerages are allowed into the factory for the reason of hygiene manaegement.
  4. Cask making work involves high risks of danger. There are some dagerous places and items, such as uncovered material, and cutting tools and machines for processing use. Please be sure to keep away from working spaces. Additionally, do not talk to artisans while they are working.
  5. The factory has no restroom. We recommend you to go there beforehand.
