Experience the Spirit of Budo through Judo Training.
・We will explain what kind of martial art Judo is, incorporating its history. ・Each participant will be given a Judo uniform and will experience the etiquette from how to wear the uniform to how to enter the dojo. ・Participants will learn and experience various techniques, including Judo etiquette, back breakfall (ushiro ukemi), side breakfall (yoko ukemi), scarf hold (kesa gatame), and hip throw (o goshi).
This event offers foreign tourists the opportunity to learn about the spirit of martial arts through a hands-on judo experience. Participants will change into judo uniforms, learn about the history of judo, and practice judo etiquette and techniques.

Explanation of what judo is as a martial art, including its history and philosophy. Uniform and Etiquette:
Each participant will receive a judo uniform (judogi). Instruction on how to properly wear the judogi, including how to put on the pants, tie the strings, wear the jacket, and tie the belt. Guidance on the proper way to enter the dojo (training hall). Learning and Practicing Techniques:
Introduction to judo etiquette, including bowing and other formalities. Practice of basic techniques such as: Ushiro Ukemi (Back Breakfall) Yoko Ukemi (Side Breakfall) Kesa-gatame (Scarf Hold) O-goshi (Major Hip Throw) This immersive program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of judo, from its historical roots to practical techniques, allowing participants to experience the discipline and respect inherent in martial arts.
