1.Owls are very timid creatures! Please be gentle, and DO NOT disturb or scare the owls by making loud noise or moving too fast. Please turn off the sound on your mobile phones and other electronic devices.
2.Absolutely No Flash Photography!!! Owls have very sharp and sensitive vision and the flash from cameras could cause the owls to go blind. Please make sure your flash is completely off before taking a picture.
3.Age Requirements and Entry Restrictions ・Must be 1 or older. ・Young guests between 1～6 years old must be accompanied by an adult. (in that case, the accompanying adult will also be charged). ・Drunk customers are not allowed. ・No direct interaction with wild birds prior to your arrival. ・Customer who has common cold symptoms (especially cough) will be asked to wear a mask. ・The Owls are not potty trained.
